We have been competing in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s “World’s Championship BBQ Contest” since 1974 and Bar-B-Que time is fast approaching.

Brisket Cases also competes in the Columbus, Texas June Cookoff and various other cookoffs during the year Tomball VFW April and October, Hold’em and Hit’em January ever year just to name a few.
