Brisket Cases has been servin’ up award-winning BBQ and Texas hospitality since 1973. As one of the longest-standing teams at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo World Championship Bar-B-Que Cook-Off, we’ve been here since the beginning—growing with the event, feeding thousands, and carrying on a tradition of good food, great company, and a whole lot of fun. With the help of our dedicated team and generous sponsors, we’re proud to represent a true Texas legacy—one plate at a time.
