This Recipe Makes A Nice Marinade For Chicken And Gives It A Delicate Orange Taste
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 2 bottles Wishbone Italian Dressing
- 1 jar Dell Dixie Fresh Pack Polish Dill Pickles-Whole (juice only)
- 1 gallon Gallon Minute Maid Orange Juice no pulp (¾’s gal)
- Adams Chicken Fajita Seasoning (3 shakes)
- 1 Pickle
- 1 Orange
- 1 Rice Vinegar wash
- 1 Bertinelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil coat
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Use 3 whole chickens
- Split chickens in half
- Salt both sides heavily with sea salt
- Place split chickens over 300 degree fire
- Baste with orange sauce
- Cook breast side up for 30 minutes
- Turn chicken breast side down, baste again, cook 20 minutes
- Turn once more so chicken is breast side up, baste again, cook 10 minutes
- Use gloves to turn
